Google ban co.cc since 30 June 2011 because of lots of co.cc sub domain has violated Google webmaster guidelines. Many blog with co.cc domain has been used as autoblogs, they copied someone article and publish it as their own. The ban by Google had remove co.cc blogs from Google Search Engine Result Page (SERP). Many blog that are using co.cc but not related to Autoblogs had been expressing their dissatisfaction. You need to read what Matt Cutts comment in Google+ regarding this matter.
Matt Cutts comment on Google banned co.cc:
“If we see a very large fraction of sites on a specific freehost be spammy or low-quality, we do reserve the right to take action on the freehost as a whole. I think most savvy search/SEO folks would understand this completely, but I figure it’s better to over-communicate than under-communicate.”

How to submit a reconsideration request for co.cc?
You can try submit it using Google webmaster tools account, if you have register them before.
Just login into your Webmaster Tools account. Under Tools, click on “Request reconsideration” and follow the steps. Make sure to explain what you think was wrong with your site and what steps you have taken to fix it. Once you’ve submitted your request, you’ll see a message from us in the Message Center confirming that we’ve received it. We’ll then review your site for compliance with the Webmaster Guidelines.

I thank Google again for the brilliant move. That certainly help reducing autoblog from stealing other bloggers article. I had seen my blog readers from search engine had been improving by 8% for the past few days. Hopefully Google will keep on doing their job to respect blog with a original high quality content. It is not easy to write an article (I need at least 30 minutes to write one article) but stealing someone article will only need few seconds.
